I was beyond satisfied with Matt's friendly nature, knowledge of the issue of my dryer, and how quickly he was able to identify and fix the issue. I would recommend to anyone who would like a professional fix at a fair price. MASCO will be my "go-to" if I have an issue with any appliances in the future.
